Flava Packs’ Jerk Lamb Cutlets Recipe

Method
Get the lamb cutlets and pat dry with a paper towel.
Marinate the lamb cutlets in a bowl with Flava Packs Jerk Seasoning.
Leave to marinate in the fridge for up to 24hrs.
Remove from fridge when ready.
Heat up a frying pan (uncoated if possible) on a high heat.
Coat the lamb cutlets with oil and season with salt.
place the lamb cutlets in the frying pan and fry on either side for a few minutes until golden brown. A minute longer on both sides if you want it more well done.
Remove from pan and leave to rest for a few minutes before serving.
We served ours with Tenderstem Broccoli and a Jerk gravy.
