UK - Standard Shipping Services

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be picked, packed and collected by our delivery partner Royal Mail.  Your order should always be delivered within 3 working days from the date it was dispatched.  The Standard Delivery (2-4 Working Days) Is Not A Guaranteed Service however shipping costs will be refunded only if the delay is exceptional or unreasonable.  UK Mainland Only.  This Is Excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Please note that any orders placed after 13:00 (GMT) may not be dispatched on the same day.  We aim to get all deliveries made before that time out.  But in certain circumstances this may not be the case.  If this is this case, then it will be dispatched on the next working day.  Orders not received in time using this service are guaranteed a refund for the shipping costs incurred.  UK Mainland Only.  This Is Excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

International Deliveries

Please note all international deliveries will be sent out within 1 working day via Royal Mail and then by their partner in your chosen destination.  Delivery may take up to 14 days, however we aim for this time to be much shorter.  Orders placed outside the U.K. mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on specific products and materials.  These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this.  Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country.  We have no control over these charges, and therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.  If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order, it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters before placing your order.

Late Deliveries

Flava Packs Limited cannot be held responsible for a late delivery when the courier is at fault.  We require a signed guarantee contract for delivery.  This law binding contract must be made at the latest of 3 days in advance.

 Environmentally Responsible Packaging

When we use Boxes, we ONLY use 100% Recyclable Cardboard Boxes made in the UK. The boxes have been custom designed to ensure very little to no cello tape is used during the dispatch process.  We place all boxes within a biodegradable mailing bag which you can also recycle.
