FP Air Fried Chicken Wings Recipe

10 whole chicken wings, cut in half to make 20 pieces
Cornstarch
Oil
Salt
2 tablespoons Flava Packs JERK Seasoning
Method
Marinate the Wings: Place the 20 wing pieces in a bowl. Add Flava Packs Jerk Seasoning and rub it in thoroughly, ensuring all wings are coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour to 24 hours.
Prepare for Cooking: Take the wings out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Lightly coat the wings with cornstarch. Add salt, a generous amount of oil, and more Jerk Seasoning. Mix until the wings are covered in a thin paste or batter.
Cook the Wings: Preheat your air fryer to 170/180°C for 1 minute. Place the wings evenly on the air fryer’s wire rack or basket. Cook for 17 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden, crispy, and juices run clear.
Flava Tips
If your air fryer only has a basket, skip the cornstarch for easy cleaning. You’ll still get crispy wings!
Oven method: Bake at 210°C for 35 minutes, turning halfway through.
